Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

• Advance payment is received

• A confirmation email is issued

Advance Payment

To secure a booking:

• 40–50% advance payment is required

• Remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the trip

Travel Documents

The guest is responsible for:

• Valid ID Proof

• Passport & Visa (for international packages)

• Any required permits

Pricing Policy

• Prices may vary based on availability or seasonal demand.

• In case of sudden changes (hotel, flight, etc.), equivalent alternatives will be provided.

• Applicable taxes (GST) will be added as per government rules.

Hotel & Transport

• Hotels may be replaced with similar category options if required.

• Room upgrades are available at additional cost.

• Transport type may vary depending on group size and availability.
