Cancellation by Customer

Refund percentages are based on the number of days before the travel date:

• 30+ days before travel → 80% refund

• 15–29 days → 50% refund

• 7–14 days → 25% refund

• Less than 7 days → No refund

Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Flight Tickets

• Visa Charges

• Travel Insurance

• Date-specific Activities

Cancellation by Company

If we cancel a trip due to unforeseen reasons (weather, technical, operational constraints):

• 100% refund will be provided or

• An alternative package/dates will be offered
